Fox Meadow Golf Course:

A Wonderful Golf Experience Minutes from Downtown.

Every city needs a course like Fox Meadow. A quick 10 minute drive from downtown, playable, with plenty of challenge for all that come to play. Located in the quaint Charlottetown suburb of Stratford, the course is a local favorite. The clubhouse is perched high atop a hill and traverses surprisingly plentiful elevation changes . The course is filled with lots of strategic water hazards and large greens. Fox Meadow is somewhat forgiving, if you are a little errant with your swing, but a fine challenge nonetheless. Terrifically conditioned this convenient locale has great views of Charlottetown and the harbor combined with great service. Fox Meadow is a terrific place to enjoy a day of golf and still be close enough to all the wonderful history, cultural and dining experiences downtown.

Feature Holes Descriptions:

The second drive of the day may not need the big stick. Playing as a dogleg right a hybrid or fairway wood will put you with a wedge or short iron in your hand for a go at the raised green guarded well by bunkers left and right at the opening. Hole 7 is a nerve racking par 3, with the green jutting out into a large pond, this tee shot gives the feeling of hitting into an island. The 13th is a sharp dogleg left playing uphill. The daring player can shorten the hole by tempting the pond guarding the inside of the turn. The finishing hole plays downhill off the tee and climbs back up hill to a distant green protected by a series of bunkers along both sides of the fairway in the landing areas.
